Drivers of the popular BRT buses have returned to duty after embarking on a strike on Thursday, October 12th.

Some of the drivers resumed on Thursday evening to ferry workers after close of business after receiving payment of September salary.

The buses have fully resumed today Friday, October 13th.

The drivers had gone on strike to protest delay in payment of salary.

Bounce News had reported that this is not the first time the drivers of BRT will be embarking on strike in 2017.

On Thursday morning, the ever-busy BRT corridor at Ikorodu area of Lagos State was empty.
