An Apapa jetty in Lagos has been engulfed by fire.

The incident happened in the early hours of Monday September 18, 2017.

An alleged worker at the facility posted a 16 seconds video of the incident on twitter.

Bounce News is yet to confirm which company owns the affected facility.

On July 19, 2017, an angry mob reportedly set two banks on fire in Apapa, after a policeman attached to the Diamond Bank branch on Creek Road allegedly shot dead two tanker drivers.

According to eyewitnesses, the angry mob set the bank on fire after the management failed to release the security officer who was hiding within its premises.
