Suspected billionaire kidnapper recently arrested by police in Lagos State, Chukwudi Dumeme Onuamadike, also referred to as Evans, has secluded detention camps where he keeps his victims.

These locations were revealed to police officials on Sunday, as investigations continue.

Evans took a team of Policemen from the Federal Anti-kidnapping Unit to the camps.

He usually keeps his victims in the buildings at the two different locations, but people leaving around the area were not aware of the heinous crime taking place inside the buildings.

Victims are kept in the buildings for days or even months while the kidnapper negotiates for ransom.

In the building were items used in holding victims feet together to ensure they will not escape.

Evans told reporters that his arrest would bring an end to kidnapping in Nigeria, as his ring had the the best strategy and technological sophistication that no gang could boast of.
