Bill Cosby's 3 To 10 Year Sentencing Is Sexist And Racist - Publicist
Reacting to Bill Cosby‘s three to ten-year sentencing for sexual assault, his publicist Andrew Wyatt has described the court’s ruling as ‘sexist’ and racist’
While speaking outside the courthouse on Tuesday, Cosby’s publicist said: “This has been the most racist and sexist trial in the history of the United States.”
He went on to blame Bill Cosby’s predicament on “white women who make money off accusing black men of being sexual predators”.
Wyatt added: “They persecuted Jesus and look what happened ? Mr. Cosby is fine. He’s holding up well. Anyone who wants to say anything negative, you’re a joke as well.”
Andrew Wyatt isn’t the only one who feels that the court didn’t give a fair verdict. Cosby’s wife through a spokesperson accused the prosecutors of using “falsified evidence.”
Cosby was convicted for drugging and sexually molesting Andrea Constand in 2004.
Describing how the assault, which happened in 2004, had impacted her life, Constand said: “"Bill Cosby took my beautiful, healthy young spirit and crushed it. He robbed me of my health and vitality, my open nature and my trust in myself and others.”
Some 60 other women have also accused Cosby of sexual misconduct but no charges were filed, but he faces defamation lawsuits for branding his accusers liars, after being found guilty.
