Spanish giants, Real Madrid has continued in securing the future of its key players.

Vice-captain and Brazil defender Marcelo, Isco and Dani Carvajal have all extended their contracts to 2022 over the past week.

The latest is France international, Karim Benzema who has been handed a new four-year-deal that will keep him at the European side till 2021.

"Real Madrid and Benzema have agreed to extend the contract of the player, who will remain tied to the club until June 30, 2021," Madrid said in a statement.

The move by Real Madrid could be seen as a reward for key players who helped the side to retain the UEFA Champions League in June.
