Bauchi Governor Dissolves Cabinet
At the moment, Bauchi State Governor, Mohammed Abubakar, has no cabinet.
The governor asked his commissioners to walk away on Thursday.
However, only the Special Adviser Security, Brig-General Ladan Yusuf retained his position.
No official reason for the dissolution was given.
The Governor also appointed Mohammed Nadada-Umar as the new Secretary to the State Government.
This was contained in a statement issued by the Press Secretary to the governor, Abubakar Al-Sadique which was made available to newsmen in Bauchi.
Several other state governors including Ayodele Fayose of Ekiti and Rochas Okorocha of Imo have sent their commissioners packing after dissolving their cabinets without any official reason.
