Two days after a family of five were murdered in their home by the notorious killer group, Badoo, another family of six have been wiped out by the ritualist group.

The incident occurred in the early hours of Tuesday.

The victims were killed in their home located in Oke – Ota community, Ibeshe, Ikorodu, the area where the gang struck over the weekend.

The situation led to a protest march by angry residents of the area to the Palace of the Ayangburen of Ikorodu, Oba Kabir Shotobi on Tuesday.

During the protest, the residents demanded an urgent solution to the incessant killings and a further inquisition into the activities of the notorious gang.

Oba Shotobi pleaded for calm and promised that the government and relevant security operatives are working to put an end to the menace.

Tuesday's attack comes a day after the Police uncovered a shrine allegedly belonging to the cult group in Agbowa, the outskirts of Ikorodu.

Following the invasion of the shrine,  three suspected members of the group were arrested.

A monarch, Alaka Abayomi, who is the Baale of Ipakodo, was also arrested following intelligence reports that he was working with the dreaded group.
