The Super Falcons of Nigeria on Tuesday returned to winning ways at the ongoing Women’s Africa Cup of Nations as they secured a massive 4-0 win over the Shepolopolo of Zambia in their second group game of the tournament.

Having started out on a disappointing note with a 1-0 loss to South Africa last Sunday, the Super Falcons had promised that they would make amends in Tuesday’s make-or-mar clash, and that they did in style; recording a big win over Zambia.

Desire Oparanozie got the curtain raiser in the 42nd minute off an assist from Francesca Ordega.

Having only scored a solitary goal in the first 45 minutes, the Super Falcons upped the ante in the second half and it paid off with three additional goals rolling in.
