Chocolate City boss, Audu Maikori has been discharged from St. Nicholas hospital.

This comes 24 hours after he collapsed at the 2017 Women in Management, Business and Public Service (WIMBIZ) conference at Muson Center.

Audu had just finished moderating a Q and A session with Mo Abudu and was taking selfies with fans when he collapsed on Tuesday.

Speaking at the Social Media Week in Lagos, Governor of Kaduna State, Nasir El-Rufai said it was irresponsible of Maikori to have posted information without verification.

He declared that the lawyer will be persecuted by the state and his fate determined by a judge.

On February 18, agents of the Department of State Services (DSS) arrested Maikori over some inciting messages he posted on social media.

Maikori had claimed that 5 students of the College of Education, GidanWaya, Kaduna, were killed in the conflict in southern Kaduna, but later apologized for carrying false information given to him by his driver.
