Neither Arsenal nor Manchester United are realistic Premier League title hopefuls hence the two teams are preoccupied with the mission of finishing in top-four.

On Sunday, the chances of either teams would be made brighter or dimmer as the case would be in the weekend's star Premier League fixture billed for the Emirates Stadium. 

Going into Sunday's contest, both teams were in action in France in the Champions League and Europa League but with varying outcomes.

While United recorded an historic 1-3 comeback win over PSG, Arsenal slumped to a 3-1 defeat against Rennes.

The Reds have won eight, drawn eight and lost 10 of our 26 away games at Arsenal in the Premier League era and the present United players know the Gunners well.

Nine of the current United squad have scored against Arsenal: Alexis, Herrera, Lingard, Martial, Mata, Pogba, Rashford, Valencia and Young.

Though they are not city rivals, in English football, the Arsenal vs Manchester United rivalry is second to none.

United have faced Arsenal more times than any other team. Today's game will be the 200th league meeting and 230th game between the sides in all competitions.

There should be goals to celebrate in London today as form book shows that United have won their last three matches in all competitions, scoring three times in each game.
