‘Gunning’ down Victor Moses and his Chelsea teammates is the mission for Alex Iwobi and the rest of the Arsenal crew in Wednesday’s London Derby in the Premier League.

The Gunners are presently languishing six points behind Liverpool, who occupy the final Champions League spot, after the Reds beat Burnley on New Year's Day.

Iwobi and his teammates cannot avoid further points loss especially at home if they are to find their way back to the Champions League football next season.

The year 2017 ended in contrasting fashion for the two Nigerian superstars with Moses signing off with a big 5-0 win with the Blues and Iwobi condemned to a 1-1 draw against West Brom.

Having done well enough to play out a barren draw in the reverse fixture, Arsenal will be hoping to get the job done as Moses and his Chelsea teammates come calling at the Emirates.

Arsenal won this exact fixture 3-0 last season, after a five-game winless run against them in the Premier League at the Emirates.

There is room for optimism for Moses as records show that in all competitions, no team has won more away games at the Emirates Stadium than Chelsea (5, level with Man Utd).

Arsenal have failed to score in seven of their last nine games against Chelsea in the Premier League, netting just four goals in total in this run.
