America’s Queen of Soul music, Aretha Franklin has left the hospital, but is said to be receiving hospice care.

This was revealed by a source close to the 76-year-old singer. The iconic singer was first reported being gravely ill a few days ago.

Hospice care includes soothing care given to incurably ill patients in institutions as hospitals and nursing homes, and to those who would rather spend their last months and days of life in their own homes.
