Nigeria-born British boxer, Anthony Joshua is talking tough ahead of Saturday’s bout against (Joseph) Parker

Joshua is unequivocal that he will "knock (Joseph) Parker out for sure" when the pair meet in their heavyweight unification fight on Saturday.

Both are putting belts on the line when they appear at Cardiff's Principality Stadium.

Joshua is the reigning IBF, IBO and WBA (Super) champion and he is fired for Saturday’s fight.

"I'm preparing for a 12-round fight, which isn't a problem to go the distance. I believe I will knock Parker out for sure," he stated

Parker, the WBO champion, also sounded assured, saying: "I'm going to beat AJ, I haven't decided how I will win. These belts are mine.

"I'm confident, sharp and my movement is better than ever. I'm taking those belts back to New Zealand," he added.

Unlike the last time when Nigerian government officials unceremoniously flew to London to offer ‘solidarity support’ to Joshua, there are no such talks for now.
