It seems Nigerians now have very big shiny crystal balls where they can take a glance into the future.

The recently concluded Anambra Governorship Elections seems to be a pointer to that.

When Governor Willie Obiano of All Progressive Grand Alliance (APGA) was declared the winner of the Anambra Governorship Elections on Sunday, many people didn't see the lanslide victory coming.

But as it turns out, Governor Obiano won all 21 local governments in Anambra to return as the state governor.

Now in the build up to the elections, Bounce News put up a poll asking Nigerians who they thought would emerge winner of the elections.

Interestingly, 34 percent of the voters predicted victory for Governor Willie Obiano, 24 percent voted for Tony Nwoye of All Progressive Congress (APC), 29 percent opted for Oseloka Obaze of the People's Democratic Party (PDP) while 13 percent voted for Oista Chidoka of the United Progressive Party (UPP).

At the end of the collation of results from the 21 LGAs, the Returning Officer and Vice Chancellor of the University of Calabar, Professor Zana Akpagu, declared Governor Willie Obiano winner of the elections.

The governor who ran for a second term in office, polled 180,178 votes to beat Oseloka Obaze of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, who came second with 97,700 votes.

Candidate of the All Progressives Congress, APC, came third in the November 18 contest with 95,963 votes.

In all however, the results were adjudged valid as Bounce News, which was on ground in Awka noted that there was jubilation at the governor's lodge, Awka.
