This innovation has received big commendation from the Ondo State Governor, Rotimi Akeredolu, to the organisers.

The first leg was held in Ilara-Mokin where the Wuraola Memorial Golf Tournament took place at the Smoking Hills.

Akeredolu said the event had boosted the tourism potential of the state, saying the organisers deserved praise.

Olumuyiwa Akintola, who led the Team Rage with their signature design race car "Rage",  steered the team to an off-road victory, beating Kingsley Uwatse and Peter Awojirin to the second and third place respectively.
