Super Eagles star, Ahmed Musa has opened his goal scoring account for Leicester City this season after finally getting a chance to feature for the Foxes.

Musa, who failed to make the match day squad for Leicester City’s first two Premier League games, got an opportunity in the Tuesday’s League Cup clash away to Sheffield United.

The Nigeria international scored one of the goals as Leicester City beat Sheffield 4-1.

This finally ends the 22-match goals drought for Musa who has been invited for the Super Eagles World Cup qualifying games against Cameroon early next month.

Aside Musa, Algeria international Islam Slimani was on target twice as the Foxes cruised to the next stage of the championship after Demarai Gray had gotten the curtain raiser for Craig Shakespeare's side.
