Aguero Scores Twice To Help Man City Win Community Shield
Argentina striker Sergio Aguero scored twice to ensure the Pep Guardiola side beat Chelsea to win the 2018 Community Shield.
The game played inside the Wembley Stadium saw Aguero strike in the 13th minute to reach 200 goals before adding another in the 58th minute.
Nigeria’s Victor Moses started from the bench, coming in for Pedro Rodriguez with 11 minutes remaining.
Chelsea struggled for a foothold in the contest - Jorginho laboured against the side he nearly joined - and when the peripheral Alvaro Morata was let in by Kyle Walker's poor touch.
It was a first major defeat for Chelsea new manager Maurizio Sarri, and now he knows what to expect in the EPL.
