Nigeria’s senior men’s basketball team, D’Tigers will return to the country on Monday after finishing second at the FIBA Afrobasket 2017.

D’Tigers lost 77-65 to Tunisia in the final played on Saturday to concede their title to the North African champion. Nigeria won the trophy in 2015.

After their campaign in Tunis, D’Tigers will return to Nigeria on Monday, according to media officer Sulaiman Saleh.

“D'TIGERS will leaves Tunisia today (Sunday) by 6:00 pm and arrive Nigeria on Monday morning 3:00am (by God willing). Your prayers needed. Thank you.” he wrote on Facebook.
