Preparations for the 2019 Africa Cup of Nations qualifier between the Super Eagles and the Bafana Bafana of South Africa will enter top gear on Monday, officials of the Nigeria national team have confirmed.

The Super Eagles are expected to train in Abuja on Monday morning, before leaving to Uyo same day to continue preparations for this weekend’s crucial clash match.

The Nigeria national team returned to the country last Friday from France, where they played two international friendly matches against Corsica and Togo.

All the invited players for the match were expected back in camp on Sunday, after they were given the weekend off and Bounce Sports understands that a good number from the invited 23 players are already in town.
