Adebayor Meets Mourinho Again
Former Togo international, Emmanuel Adebayor, once again met with his former manager Jose Mourinho, and it was a time well-spent.
Adebayor’s short spell under Mourinho at Real Madrid, on a short-term loan from Manchester City in 2011, has really left a big impression on him such that he admires the manager so much.
Earlier in the year, the former Arsenal striker rated Mourinho higher than any other manager he had played under.
Now, both stars met again and it was a great discussion around the round leather game and life in general.
This was revealed by the former Man City player who posted a photo of himself and Mourinho.
“SEA, nice catching up with The Special One in Manchester. We had a great conversation around football and life in general. Wish you all the best this season ???? #GodFirst #KeepMoving #workMood #WinningMood #TheSepecialOne #hardwork #Lifestyle #LoveMyJob #GeneralSEA #LifesGood.” Adebayor wrote.
In 2006, the striker was bought from Monaco by the Frenchman and went on to score 46 English Premier League goals in 104 appearances during his stay at Arsenal.
