1. WhatsApp For Business Is Free: WhatsApp uses your phone's Internet connection (4G/3G/2G/EDGE or Wi-Fi, as available) to send and receive messages to your friends and family. You do not have to pay for every message.
As long as you have not exceeded your data limit, or you are connected to a free Wi-Fi network, your carrier should not charge you extra for messaging over WhatsApp, said WhatsApp in its FAQ session on WhatsApp For Business.
However, if you send SMS messages to your friends inviting them to use WhatsApp, service charges from your mobile provider may also apply.
2. You Can Control Which Businesses Chat With You: You can check your contact's profile to see which type of account they're using. If they're using a business account, you'll see if their account has been verified or confirmed or just a business account.
There are several colour badges provided by WhatsApp to identify the status.
WhatsApp also provides you with the tools you need to control your experience with businesses. You can block business accounts and report them as spam at any time, right within the chat
3. WhatsApp For Business Is Now Available In Nigeria: WhatsApp Business is now officially available for download in Nigeria. The app, is still on a beta (test) phase and only available in few countries including: US, the UK, Indonesia, Italy, Mexico, but is now available in Nigeria and other countries. However only Android users can use it for now as it is not available on iOS.
