Gregory Eriyanremu, Frank Ugen and Harriman Isa Oyofo may be spending some time in jail if they are found guilty of corruption.

The trio and their company Partsmaster Pil and Gas Limited are facing charges of diverting over 100 million Naira (US$318,000) meant for payment of contractors who worked for Delta State Oil Producing Areas Development Commission.

The alleged crimes date back to 2007.

Eriyanremu, Ugen and Oyofo pleaded not guilty.

The case has been adjourned to April 7 for commencement of trial.
