A former Kwara State governorship aspirant on the platform of the Peoples Democratic Party, Sunday Babalola, cannot stand the return of Senate President Bukola Saraki.

He has decided to go the direction Saraki came from.

Babalola on Tuesday said that he had defected to the All Progressives Congress with his supporters.

Speaking with journalists in Ilorin, the Kwara State capital, Babalola said he could not be in the same political party with Saraki, who he accused of under-developing Kwara State.
