The 2019 elections are less than 30 days away and according to Comedian Alibaba, the election campaigns have been quiet this year.

The funnyman while making a not so hilarious comment said the places where politicians would have taken money from for campaigns have been blocked by the Treasury Single Account TSA or BVN.

''By now, all traditional and new media would have been loaded with adverts and campaign materials. Oya na, do it let's see. The good thing in all of these that is happening is, that, gradually, CASH POLITICS, PAY AS YOU GO ELECTIONS, and HIGHEST BIDDER GETS VOTES... will soon be eradicated or at least reduced'' he wrote on Instagram.

The presidential and national assembly elections hold two days after Valentine’s day on February 16, while the governorship and state house of assembly elections will hold two weeks later on March 2.
