Super Eagles striker Odion Ighalo has called for more team work if Nigeria must beat Cameroon on Monday.

The fixture is the return leg of the 2018 World Cup qualifier, and will be played at the Stade Omnisport Ahmadou Ahidjo in Yaounde from 6pm.

Ighalo, who scored Nigeria’s first goal in a 4-0 bashing of Cameroon on Saturday, is confident of a good result in the return leg on Monday, but calls for team work.

“We will get a result as long as we play and stick together as a team, but Cameroon will want to fight for their pride,” he said.

Ighalo suffered a leg muscle strain in Saturday’s encounter, but it appears the Changchun Yatai F.C. striker is fit again for Monday’s fixture.
