Injured Chelsea of England star, Victor Moses, will not be part of the Super Eagles team that would face Algeria in a World Cup 2018 qualifier next month.

Gernot Rohr had already talked of his plans to give some fringe players a chance in the Algeria game and it is understood that in-form Henry Onyekuru has been penciled down to take Moses' place for the November game.

Onyekuru, who is presently on loan at Anderlecht from Everton, has been impressive in recent times.

He is expected to earn a call-up as Rohr attempts to get the best from his options upfront.

Onyekuru has scored six league goals for Anderlecht, a tally that has lead to talks about a return to Everton in January.

Many wait to see if he would be able to replicate his club form when he wears the Green and White jersey of Nigeria.
