The Super Eagles are yet to take to the pitch but it seems there are already some hurdles to cross.

Chelsea winger Victor Moses and Arsenal striker Alex Iwobi will arrive late to camp which opens on Saturday.

The team will assemble in Abuja before jetting off to Uyo.

Victor Moses’ Chelsea will be home to Everton on Sunday, while Iwobi will play for the Gunners against Liverpool.

Coach Gernot Rohr confirmed that Moses and Iwobi, who have matches on Sunday, are some of the late arrivals to camp.

Other players are expected to hit camp on Saturday and Sunday.

“Every player is expected to arrive Abuja over the weekend with the exception of Victor Moses and Alex Iwobi, who will playing on Sunday. They will join up with the team in Uyo on Monday latest.”

Nigeria host Cameroon on September 1 in Uyo before travelling to Yaounde for the return leg.
