2018 CWG: Two Nigerian Boxers Crash Out
It is not looking good for Team Nigeria in the opening day of competition at the Commonwealth Games.

After the disappointment in the female weightlifting event, there was more heartache for the Nigeria as two of its boxers were beaten in the First Round.
In the Men’s 60kg Round of 32– Adeola Soyoye lost to Thadius Katau from Papua New Guinea and it was the same case in the Men’s 69kg Round of 32 where Osita Umeh was beaten by Manoj Kumar from India.
Nine boxers are representing Nigeria at the Commonwealth Games and with two boxers already out of reckoning we wait to see what becomes of the seven pugilists left.
