The medals are beginning to trickle in for Team Nigeria at the Commonwealth Games in Gold Coast, Australia after initially going four days without anything to celebrate.

Moments after Nigeria picked a silver medal in the men's team event in Table Tennis, Chukwuebuka Enekwechi became Nigeria’s first Track and Field medallist; winning another silver medal in the Shot Put event.

Enekwechi smashed his Personal Best, replacing it with a new lifetime best of 21.14m to win the Silver medal in the men’s Shot put on Monday.
