The family of Kudirat Ibraheem from Ilesha, Osun State, have alerted members of the public on the disappearance of their daughter.

Kudirat was said to have been reported missing during a recent attack by insurgents in a suburb near the Maiduguri metropolis in Borno state.

Addressing reporters in Osogbo on Wednesday, a representative of the family, Najim Ibraheem, explained that Kudirat, according to information, scampered for safety when the rampaging insurgents attacked the area and she has disappeared since then.

Adesina said that Kudirat was born on 19 June 1999 and she was living at Mashimari village, Konduga Local Government Area, Borno State.

The family representative, who explained that Kudirat got missing on May 27, 2018, added that searches have been launched to unravel the whereabouts of their daughter.

He noted that the police haven't been able to recover the teenager and re-unite her with her waiting family.
